How do I book a cleaning?

You can book directly online using our Book Now button — it only takes a few minutes. You can also call us at 734-224-3344 or email contact@bookactuallyclean.com and we'll get you scheduled.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For Airbnb turnovers and time-sensitive cleans, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I set up recurring cleanings?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring schedules. Recurring clients get consistent team assignments so you always know who's coming.

Question 4

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. You can call or email us and we'll find a new time that works for you.

What's the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?

A Standard Clean covers all the essentials — sweep & mop floors, vacuum carpets, light dusting, wipe switches/doorhandles/window sills, empty trash, make beds, and full bathroom & kitchen surface cleaning. A Deep Clean includes everything in the Standard, plus: detailed dusting, baseboard detailing, interior windows/sills/tracks (reachable), ceiling fans (extension pole), doors & frames, spot-clean walls, deep scrub bathrooms, and more thorough kitchen detail including exterior cabinetry and stainless steel polish.

What's NOT included in a Standard Clean?

Standard Cleans do not include: deep scrubbing, interior appliances or cabinets, heavy buildup removal, baseboards or wall washing, or move-in/move-out level detailing. These are available as add-ons or as part of a Deep Clean or Move-In/Out service.

What's NOT included in a Deep Clean?

Deep Cleans do not include: move-in/move-out level interior appliances or cabinets (unless added), exterior windows, garage/attic/basement cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or dishes. Available add-ons: inside fridge, inside oven, blinds, inside cabinets, windows.

What does a Move-In/Move-Out clean include?

Our Move-In/Out service is a full vacant-home reset — not a maintenance clean. It includes: all areas (sweep, mop, vacuum, detailed dusting, baseboards, interior windows/sills/tracks, doors & frames, spot-clean walls, ceiling fans), bedrooms (vacuum, inside closets, interior & exterior cabinets), bathrooms (deep clean & sanitize toilet, scrub sink, mirrors, deep scrub tub/shower, detail grout lines, polish chrome), and kitchen (countertops & backsplash, scrub sink, inside/outside fridge & freezer, inside/outside oven, inside/outside microwave, all small appliances, interior & exterior cabinets/cupboards, polish stainless steel). Not included: exterior windows, blinds, jetted tubs, garage/attic spaces, post-construction cleaning, hazardous materials.

Do you clean Airbnb and short-term rental properties?

Yes — Airbnb turnovers are one of our specialties. We handle the full reset between guests: cleaning all rooms & bathrooms, fresh linens & towel staging, kitchen reset & restocking check, trash removal & supply inventory, and guest-ready presentation. Before & after photos are included with every turnover.

What optional add-ons are available?

Add-ons are available for any service: Inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, interior windows, ceiling fans, and blinds. Just mention them when booking and we'll include them in your service.

Yes — we offer discounted rates for recurring service on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. Recurring clients also get consistent team assignments so you always know who's coming.

What does "Every Clean Comes With Proof" mean?

After every service, we send you before & after photos of your property — organized by room and delivered to your inbox. You'll be able to see exactly what was cleaned, even if you weren't home.

Yes — before & after photos are included with every single service at no extra charge. No upgrades, no add-ons.

Question 15

What is a 360° Walkthrough and how do I add it?

Accepted Answer

A 360° walkthrough is a full video tour of your property captured after the clean using an Insta360 camera. It gives you a complete room-by-room view of the finished result. This is available as an add-on — mention it when booking and we'll include it in your service.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the size of your property, the type of service, and any add-ons. We offer transparent, upfront pricing — no surprise charges after the clean. Get an exact quote when you book online.

Do you offer custom cleaning plans?

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Actually Clean LLC is fully insured and bonded. You can have peace of mind knowing your home and belongings are protected.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No — you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide access instructions and we handle the rest. You'll receive your before & after photos when the job is done.
